We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Please note that we do not offer refunds; instead, we provide exchanges or store credit for returned items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.

How long does shipping take for orders within the US?

For US domestic orders, please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Once processed, delivery typically takes an additional 2-7 business days. Please be aware that processing times may be longer during holidays, product releases, or sale periods.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect item?

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please take a photo of the issue and contact us immediately at endlessmindsclo@gmail.com. We will assess the situation and provide you with a prepaid shipping label for the return of the defective or incorrect product. Once we receive the returned item, we will expedite a replacement to you.

Yes, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards. Please ensure to review our size chart and material details prior to making a purchase to avoid any issues.

Our T-shirt, Crewneck Sweater, Hoodie are oversized fit, its design is broad and boxy. It runs large, so consider sizing down for a standard fit. All of our Hats are SnapBack design.

What are ENDLESS MINDS apparel made from?

Our T shirts are 100% cotton and our Crewneck Sweater and Hoodie are made from 80% cotton / 20% fleece. Our SnapBack Hats are either made from 100% cotton and 100% Polyester.

What are washing and drying instruction for ENDLESS MINDS Clothing Co. apparel?

Our recommendation is to wash the apparel at 30 degrees celsius inside out, we do not recommend to tumble dry, we recommend to hang dry your apparel, and lastly, we recommended that you iron the item inside out if needed.
